6 PRIVATELY DEVELOPED DWELLINGS
Egoin built this 6-story multi-family residence in the London neighborhood of Barrets Grove: it is a building with a structure and a central staircase built entirely of wood, in which both the ceilings and walls are exposed, which are made of CLT (120 mm and 225 mm slabs worked at 6.5 m span). The exterior facade is made of self-supporting brick, while the roof is gabled. The interior finishes were made of wood with exposed grain. In total, this particular development, which was signed by the architectural firm Amin Taha + Groupwork, used 200 m3 of wood.
