Construction of 15 dwellings in 2 different areas of the Bayonne district of Arrousets. 10 dwellings in one section, 6 of which with attached garage; and 5 dwellings in the other. The project was fully carried out by Patrick Arotcharen Architecte using the Timber Frame system. The façade was completed with woodstained larch slats.
